The Life of Gina

     Hey guys! This blog is about the best advice that I personally, have given. Well I've given alot of advice in my whole life so it's going to be hard to just pick one lol.      So my bro Chris just had a break up with his girlfriend. He's really depressed and thinks he cannot live without her.       I tell him all the time "Its your first break up, it happens dude.You got to get over it sooner or later." He just doesn't listen to me.       So one day I told him "Chris, you're an amazing smart guy. If she didn't realize that, then it's her loss. Someone else will be lucky enough to have you one day. You just need patience that's all." He didn't get back to me but he's been doing better since.      Im one of those friends that gives the best relationship advice even though I'm not in a relationship. I'd like to be, but I still haven't found the one. I ain't rushing anyways lol.   

   So my hobby is drawing. My mom used to tell me all the time "Gina you're such a good drawer!"  I would always reply with "how? I'm looking at a picture while I'm drawing them. It's not like I drew it by myself." Then she would say "well I can't even draw that without looking at a picture. You're really good."    Drawing is a fun thing to do. It's relaxing and it's a great hobbie because it keeps you busy for hours! It might seem hard but it's really not. You just gotta memorize the facial features from the picture. You close your eyes and keep it in your head. Then you draw it. The key to great drawing is shading. That's how you make the drawing look realistic. In going to be taking art classes, since I need to get better. It looks more like a cartoon than real.    Hey guys. This blog is about a book I'm reading. It's callled Moonwalk, written by Michael Jackson. The genre is autobiography.    The first chapter is called "Just kids with a dream." He talks about how they never really had a childhood because they were in and out of studios or interviews.    The Jackson 5 became a very popular group after they were noticed by Berry Gordy. He helped them make a couple records. Then their father had them planned for a show in Motown. That's where the career started.    After their career sprung, they were noticed by Epic. A record recording, labeling, and producing company. They also made a couple records there.    The next chapter talks about his relationships with Diana Ross and Quincy Jones. Very good friends and close people of his.    So yea, it's basically a book about his whole life stopping right when he was filming "Bad" his music video. He was 29 when he wrote this.    Have you read this book??

    Hey guys! This blog is about one of my favorite quotes. This quote was made and said by Michael Jackson.     I like it because it relates to me in a lot of ways. I've been hated by a lot of people throughout my whole life. Even family.    I've pushed through and been strong for most of my life. I have gone through a lot, and experienced a lot. I've also seen a lot.    What I realized is if you let little things bother you, like what other people think of you it will just make you miserable. I learned to just deal with it. If you're like me, which you most likely aren't I let little things bother me all the time. I wish I didn't care about what other people think but I just do. It's who I am?    Hey guys. This blog is about my first concert experience.    This was when I was in 7th grade. It was at the Chicago Theatre. I used to be really obsessed with this boy band called R5 . I liked the main singer, which is Ross Lynch. My bestfriend and I went together.    I was so excited I couldn't explain. I kept jumping up and down. I was shaking and could not stay still, lol.    I remember my bff singing "I don't know the words oh no I don't."😂    Right when it started I couldn't shut up. I was just screaming my head off. I was all the way in the back but I could still see them. It went on for about 2 hours. I had a sore throat and lost my voice after lol.    After the show my bff and I bought some merchandise. I got a couple shirts, and a hat. My bff got a shirt too.    So that was my concert experience. It was the most fun I had in 2016.    When was your first concert?

   Hey guys!    This blog is about a dog special to me. Scruffy was found two years ago walking the streets abandoned. My friend Marilyn found him during block a block party with her friends. He had no collar and the first thing he did was roll over on his belly for a belly rub. She ended up taking him and he's a part of the family now.    He's living a happy life now. The occasional times me and my bro Chris hang out at her house and scruffy loves us all!    This is her quote, "The first time we laid eyes on him, we knew he was a Scruffy."🐶🐶

   Hey guys! My one word I picked for this year is initiative. This word is very powerful to me and it's hard for me to be this, lol.    So the reason I picked this word is because I don't really do chores or do stuff around the house. My Mom is always complaining so I have to start. "Gina do the dishes!"    I need to be more motivational. I always say I'm gonna eat healthier. Next thing I know I find  myself at McDonalds eating chicken nuggets. I really want to eat more vegetables though. A nice balanced diet.    I'm also trying to get off my phone more because it's not good for your eyes. I read an article on it.    So this is my one word for 2017.
