The Life of Gina

     Hey guys! I read this book called Fat Angie.  It's about this girl who gets bullied all the time at school.  Verbal, and physical. As you can see by the cover, she's fat. Her sisters boyfriend is really nice to her. He always is sticking up for her. Angie likes him a lot.       Then one day a new girl comes in by the name of KC. She looks like she would be a high school drama girl. But, she's the opposite. Angie and her become friends and develop feelings for each other. KC sticks up for Angie and yells back at the mean girls.       I like this book because it's about bullying and standing up to it. It's powerful and interesting. I'd rate it a 3/5. Will they date in the future? Can they stop the bullying? Read to find out..

     So we were at Texas Roadhouse. My favorite restaurant!! The reasons I like it is because it's cool how you can just throw the peanut shells on the floor, and also because I love their bread rolls with the cinnamon sugar butter. It is soooo delicious! I remember my dad telling me " Gina take it easy on the bread. You're gonna fill yourself up before the dinner." I take some home every time.      It's special because my dad was there with us. It was my mom, my brother, my little sis, and my dad all together for my birthday. That same exact day, my dad had bought me a Nintendo DSI, but I broke it the same day also. It fell off my bed, when I was going to sleep. So instead of getting a new one, I made the most stupidest decision and got a Barbie car instead. I have no idea where it is right now.      Hey guys! Yesterday I was at youth group. I recently started going there on Tuesday nights at 7. The reason I'm going is because I'm going through a tough time in my life right now. Also because I'd like to meet some new, good people there. After the meet, I became friends with a junior in Morton High School. We were talking about high school, how hard it is, and what she wants to do after college. We has a good conversation. She told me she had very good grades, and is planning on being a social worker. This was what I wanted to do, until I changed my mind the other day. I told her what I wanted to be, and she gave me some tips on how to survive high school. Always do your work, and don't get caught up in the drama. Because that just causes fights, and you can possibly get suspended. This is the church .

   Hey guys! As you all know today is Valentine's Day.    It's a cool day for me because my teacher Ms. Brezek made us do this activity. It was actually really fun. Funner than I thought it would be. I got to know what everybody thought about me. The compliments that I got today were amazing and made me feel good lol. I really didn't expect those compliments from certain people but it was nice.    I gave others good compliments and told them nice things that I liked about them. I think some people appreciated them.    Anyways it was pretty fun. I started this day off with a mean attitude, but then this truly made my day. I like to be happy because those times are very rare. Only little things can make me put a smile on my face. I would love to do something like this in the future. Thanks Ms. Brezek!!

     Hey guys. This blog is about the world and how it's not doing so good.       Sometimes when I drive with my Mom or hang out with my friends, there they are. The homeless people. I really feel very bad for them. I just think about how sad they must be. I think about how miserable they are. It's very depressing at times.       One time I gave a homeless man a couple dollars. One time me and my friends bought a homeless man an apple pie from McDonalds. I truly do try to make their day.      I would like to make a change in the world. I'd like to help all hoemelss people find a nice sheltered home. With food and clothes. I just don't think I could do it. Only if I had some people on my side. I could create a foundation or a group organization. You got to start small though. That's why I'd like to help homeless people in my community then maybe go world wide.      Hey guys. On January 6, 2017 my step dad passed away. I know what you're thinking. Why do you care it was your step dad not your real dad. Well I'll answer that one for you. My real dad passed when I was 5. So I got really attached to him and I remember him more than my real dad. Since I was little I can't remember a lot about my real dad.      My step dad meant a lot to me. He was always there for me. He's the one who wanted to be my dad. He wanted me to be his daughter. He really did love me. I did love him too.      Recently before he went I wasn't really appreciating him and we were arguing alot more often. I wish I could have appreciated him you know. I had a second chance of having a dad and I just didn't care. I now realize how lucky I was.      I won't forget seeing him at the hospital. He was so...well, not himself.
