Thanksgiving

    I am very happy and excited because today is Tuesday, the last day of school before break! I was really tired this morning, but then I was like "c'mon Gina just get up. Then tomorrow you can sleep in for as long as you want." So after  five minutes of rationalizing with myself, I decided to get up for school. 
   Thanksgiving is my third favorite holiday, so this is a big deal. I love going to see my family, and talk to them and have a couple of laughs. Also I like the dinner. Yummy turkey with gravy, mmmmm. And the sweet potatoes. Who doesn't love thanksgiving? 
  Its also a time to be thankful for everything I have. Im very thankful for a house to live in, clothes, and food to be provided for my family and I. This is also the reason why I don't complain much about petty things like my hair, or my facial features. Im just happy to be living, and to be born perfectly, not having any disorders or any disfigurements. Most kids don't care about these little things to be thankful for, but I do.

    I hope your turkey was great - I cooked my first except part of it was raw! : P

Freshman Year

Well, I've recently been re reading all the cringey things I had written as an 8th grader lol. I noticed that I had matured greatly from my years of being in middle school. Being a freshman is a big responsibility! But that's no problem for me, since I manage to do my work on time with effort. Im pretty sure my GPA will be a 4 or 3.5 when it comes out. I actually love some of my new teachers. One of them is extremely strict, and I just can't stand him! Im passing with a B in his class since I forgot about one measly homework assignment. Oh well. I miss Heritage. I miss my English teacher Ms. Brezek. She was the one who introduced me to blogging. It is extremely soothing after a long tiring day! If you're all still wondering, yes I still love Michael Jackson! No, I do not like my best friend Bob anymore. He's still my friend that I hang out with almost every day! My First Concert

   Hey guys. This blog is about my first concert experience.    This was when I was in 7th grade. It was at the Chicago Theatre. I used to be really obsessed with this boy band called R5 . I liked the main singer, which is Ross Lynch. My bestfriend and I went together.    I was so excited I couldn't explain. I kept jumping up and down. I was shaking and could not stay still, lol.    I remember my bff singing "I don't know the words oh no I don't."😂    Right when it started I couldn't shut up. I was just screaming my head off. I was all the way in the back but I could still see them. It went on for about 2 hours. I had a sore throat and lost my voice after lol.    After the show my bff and I bought some merchandise. I got a couple shirts, and a hat. My bff got a shirt too.    So that was my concert experience. It was the most fun I had in 2016.    When was your first concert?
